Pomegranate Molasses - 360 g
This heart-melting, wine colored molasses is a sour syrup freshly produced from organic pomegranate with no additives or preservatives. This thick, dense, and saturated molasses is brought to our table using the same making process that has been used for centuries. The pomegranate is manually picked, washed, squeezed, and slowly cooked for hours. A delicious, sensuous syrup with anti-oxidant, anti-viral, and anti-tumor properties, a good source of vitamins A, C, and E, as well as folic acid.

Harvested between the months of June and July from Oak and Pine forests between 500 and 900 m of altitude, it is a delectable produce with woody and fruity notes. The Black Forest Honey mixes oak honeydew and multiflora blossoms, such as the nectar of the endemic thyme, oregano, and sage flowers that gives off powerful Levantine scents. This delicacy speaks to the strong scents of the generous and biodiverse Mount Lebanon flora. Dense and well balanced, with a delicious after taste.

Organic Oak Honey - 180 g
In the very sunny Lebanese rocky mountains at around 1,100 m of altitude, the bees collect honeydew from century-old oak trees, and some thistle blossom. This fusion makes for clear woody notes, a mixture of culinary explosion of salted caramel and licorice note. Harvested between the months of July and August, this very dense Oak Forest Honey carries a dark amber color.
