🚛 DELIVERY: MealPlans.ae delivery service operate from Monday to Friday during specific delivery slots: 3AM-6AM* and 8AM-12PM (*exceptions for Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, RAK, Fujairah: 3AM-7AM). We have an additional slot for Dubai only: 6AM-9AM. The meals are delivered in cooler bags in-between delivery slot timings chosen by the Client. We do NOT guarantee any other specific timing requests. ⏯️ PAUSING: MealPlans.ae Client Service should be informed 2 business days before pausing the plan. If the pausing cut-off time is not respected, the meal plan delivery day will be considered as delivered even if the Client did not receive it. 🚫 CANCELATION: MealPlans.ae has NO refund policy. If the Client wishes to cancel the Meal Plan, the Client may transfer the remaining days to a family member or friend and provide us the new address. 🥗 FOOD DISLIKES: Meal plans can be customized according to the food dislikes of the Client. If the Client has very specific requests or more than 5 food dislikes, we suggest contacting our Customer Service before placing the order to confirm if the requests can be accommodated. ✅ HEALTH CONDITIONS: if you have any severe health condition or food allergy, please speak to our Customer Service before placing the order.
